Placing An Order:

24 Hour Order Service:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Eastern Standard Time. Our customer service representatives will take your orders and answer any questions you may have. Before and after these hours and on weekends, messages or orders may be placed on our answering machine (610-932-3922/800-342-1723) or faxed (610-932-8985) with the guarantee that your requests will be handled at the start of the next business day.
We do not require a minimum order. A Service Charge of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $50.00 (except backorders).
COD, Credit Card, or Net 30. (Customers are considered for credit terms after $2,000. in sales.) We do accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A copy of your sales tax certificate must be on file before order will be filled.
All shipments are made FOB our warehouses. We ship UPS. If you desire a particular method, other than ground, please indicate this when you order.
We will backorder items only when we expect a new supply of the item within a reasonable amount of time of your original order. If you do not wish backorders, please advise NO BACKORDERS on your order.
Returns Policy Guidelines:
- 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed commitment means just that.
- If you receive any product that you are not 100% satisfied with, just return it within 10 days (call for RA #) or exchange will be given.
- No questions asked. Except, "How Can We Do Better For You?"
- ALL freight damage claims must be made with your carrier. For UPS shipments, please contact UPS. Do not return damaged parcels to Nunn Finer. Save original packing to present to your carrier.
- ALL short shipments and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Under no circumstances will freight charges be credited unless item is defective or an error has been made in order entry or shipping.
- Under no circumstances will any customer be credited for special orders.
Special/Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. All special/custom orders are required to be paid in full before item will be ordered.
All Prices Are Subject To change without notice. All previous price lists are void. All orders accepted are subject to availability. We strongly suggest you check prices and availability with us before quoting to your customers. Imported goods are susceptible to price changes. Not responsible for errors in pricing in catalog or on website.
